20 minutes till my first shift...wearing my first pair of Mercy ship scrubs, which I most conveniently don't have to wash meself, and my flip flops...yup, flip flops...no WBC here:)!
No WBC perhaps but I am well aware of all the "environmental hazards" that surround your feet in a hospital... and I'm not talking about needles either. All I know is that there were plenty of things to step in on the floor. And not the kinda of stuff you wanted your bare toes to end up in. :)
